BACK ROOM POETS at the FARINGDON POETRY COMPETITION 2008

David Burridge won Best Poem by a Local Author:

He also had two poems in the Local Highly Commended category (Alhambra and Tripping up Montsegur) and two in the Local Commended category).

David Burns was Runner-Up in the Open Category with Barn Owl.

K.V. Skene's The Cruellest Month was among the Commended poems in the Open Category.
